It came down to the wire on Saturday, as Greenville Varsity Jackets grabbed the victory in walk-off fashion, 6-5, over Alma Varsity Panthers. Greenville Varsity Jackets were down 5-4 in the bottom of the seventh inning when Brooke Lindquist singled, scoring two runs.Kelsey Barczak, Maddy Free, and Charlee Henrickson at the bottom of Greenville Varsity Jackets's lineup combined for five of the team's 10 hits in their victory. Boys Varsity Golf finish 3rd at the Ithaca Invitational

The Greenville Boys Varsity Golf Team sent a split squad to the Ithaca Match Play Invitational held at The Fields Golf Course.  The Yellow Jackets came home with a 3rd Place Team Finish in the event.  Greenville was led by two 1st Place Champions in Sophomore Cale Russell (4th Flight) and Freshmen Grayson Snow (5th Flight).  Sophomore James Sisson came home with a Second Place Finish (3rd Flight).  Juniors Reed Scott (4th Flight) and Zeke Vandentoorn (6th Flight) both earned 4th Place Finishes.  Carter Saint Denis finished in 8th Place in the very competitive 1st Flight.  Nice job guys!

Boys Varsity Golf finish 9th at the Ranger Invitational

The Greenville Boys Varsity Golf Team completed at the Ranger Invitational, that was loaded with many state ranked teams, held at The Meadows Golf Course at GVSU.  The Yellow Jackets held their own and were in the Top 2 Teams for most of the first nine.  The boys finished a very respectable 9th Place in the 22-team event with a score of 328.  Bronson Schroeder paced the Yellow Jackets with a 76, which was good for 5th Place Individually.  Corbin Perrien scored an 82, Carter Giles came in at 84, Jackson Ashley carded an 86 and Braden Latimer posted a 90.  It was a windy and blustery day with very difficult pin placements and green speeds so the boys should be very proud of their effort.

Boys Varsity Golf WIN RCA Jamboree at Kenowa Hills

The Greenville Boys Varsity Golf Team won the RCA Jamboree held at Gracewil Country Club with a score of 148.  Bronson Schroeder and Corbin Perrien led the Yellow Jackets with 36's, which was good for 2nd Place Individually.  Jackson Ashley finished 6th with a score of 37.  Carter Giles carded a 39, Kyle Graber posted a 42 and Braden Latimer had a 47.

Boys Varsity Golf WINS Tri-Match vs. Central Montcalm & Reed City

The Greenville Boys Varsity Golf Team won a Tri-Match with Central Montcalm and Reed City hosted by Brookside Golf Course with a team total of 170.  Top Medalist Bronson Schroeder led the Yellow Jackets with an impressive 2-under par 34, which included 5 birdies.  Jackson Ashley came in 3rd Place individually with a score of 42.  Corbin Perrien carded a 45 and Zeke Vandentoorn had a 49 to round out the scoring.  Carter Saint Denis and Reed Scott both came in with 51's.
