Greenville came out explosive in the first few minutes of the half, powering a goal past Chippewa in the first two minutes. We held a 1-0 lead for the remainder of the half. We had 21 shot attempts in the first half. Our defense held the warriors to only 2 shots in the first half.
At halftime we discussed what we were missing and how to correct it. We came out ready and forced the ball into Chippewas half of the field for the majority of the game. We took 13 more shots on goal and were able to put 3 more in the net. We continue to improve as a team and will adjust with out practice tomorrow.
