Kyle Parris came to ballpark and meant business on Monday, tallying four hits and leading the Yellow Jackets to a 14-4 win over Lakeview. Parris doubled in the first, doubled in the third, singled in the fourth, and singled in the sixth. The Yellow Jackets tallied five runs in the fourth inning. Evan Uebele, Parris, Will Nelson, and Caden Welch all moved runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.
Will Nelson pitched Yellow Jackets to victory. Nelson went three innings, allowing one run on two hits and walking one. AJ Fox and Corbin Olson entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.
