Logan Schueneman was clutch at the plate driving in six on three hits to lead theYellow Jackets past Lakeview 16-5 on Thursday. Schueneman drove in runs on a double in the second, a grand slam in the fourth, and a walk in the fifth. Tristen Vasel pitched the Jackets to victory. The fireballer surrendered five runs on five hits over four and two-thirds innings, striking out nine. Logan Mann threw one-third of an inning in relief out of the bullpen. The Yellow Jackets had nine hits in the game. Schueneman and Cooper Lilley each racked up multiple hits for Greenville. Lilley and Schueneman each managed three hits to lead Greenville. Nico Marquez led the Jackets with three stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with eight stolen bases. Next game: April 11th at Home vs Lowell. 4:15pm game time.
