This invitational was a Rider Cup format. The team of Brianna Bates and Danielle Bursach scored a 56. The team of Kiara Peterman and Alexis Miller scored a 59. We place 5th out of 11 teams. Ellie Velting and Alyssa Bailey also had the chance to play and did well.
Overall the team was impressive, and for some it was the first time playing. For only having a couple of practices this was a great learning and teaching experience. We started the first 4 holes in a light rain and finished in the sunshine. There is a lot of potential on the team and I look forward to a great season!
