The JV team suffered their first conference loss of the season tonight at Northview. The YellowJackets played pretty well, but not good enough. In the first set, we battled back and forth with them and but then they started to pull away. We fought hard and almost made a come back, but fell short losing 23-25. In the second set, the YellowJackets came out strong and with more intensity, pulling away from Northview for a 25-21 victory. Then in the third set, Northview was the team that came out strong. We battled for a little bit at the beginning, but they pulled away from us for a strong win, 7-15. The YellowJackets played well for the most part, but we learned tonight that we are going to have to improve on some things before our next conference match.
