Tonight the YellowJackets hosted Lowell and for the first time this season we actually won a conference match. It was a good match throughout and both teams played hard. In the first set it was back and forth before the YellowJackets pulled away and won 25-18. In the second set, Lowell came out strong and took a 7-1 lead, but we fought back and got into the game. The rest of the match was back and forth until the end, which we won 26-24. It was a good win for our girls and it was good to see the joy on their faces for once. This brings our conference record to 1-5. Our next match is Thursday night at Byron Center.
