The GHS Boys XC team competed in the 3rd of 4 Jamborees in the OKW at Brookside Golf Course on a hot 80* day on Wednesday, October 3rd. They placed 5th of 6 schools with Cedar Springs winning their third straight jamboree.
The Jackets were led by Micah Bouman's 14th place finish of 17:56. The remaining top 5 scoring finishers were Titus Bretzke 18th (18:07), Ian Lee 34th (18:45), Gavin Dykstra 47th (19:16) and Aaron Amidon 51st (19:51).
The XC team will compete next at the O-K Championships at Calvin College on Saturday, October 13th with the boys beginning at 11am.
