Boys Varsity Cross Country vs. Grand Rapids Christian HS Sch

The GHS Boys XC team ran in the OK Championships Invite at Calvin College on Saturday. The Jackets competed in the Ottawa County Division and finished 6th of 7 teams. Zeeland HS won this division followed by Grand Haven and Holland West Ottawa.
Leading the way on a beautiful day but a sloppy course was Junior Micha Bouman who finished 16th with a 5k time of 18:38. Following in support were Senior Ian Lee 20th (18:43), Sophomore Aaron Amidon 25th (18:50), Sophomore Titus Bretkze 30th (19:08) and Sophomore Gavin Dykstra 47th (19:59).
The Jackets will end their OK White Jamboree season on Wednesday at Riverside Park in Grand Rapids.
