The GHS Boys Cross Country team closed out their regular season schedule at the Chip Hills Late Invite on Saturday. Greenville placed 5th in the large school division won by Fremont.
The Jackets were led by Senior Keagan Mills clocking in at 19:09 on the wind and rain swept 5k course and earning a Top 50 medal.
Other finishers were Sophomore Austin Navarre 19:53, Sophomore Charlie Weinheimer 19:54, Sophomore Deagan Moore 20:12, Evan Senn 20:28, and Junior Carson Tolliver 21:21.
The Jackets will now compete in the MHSAA D1 Regional hosted by Allendale HS on Saturday, October 27 with the boys starting at 12:45 pm and the GHS girls running at 1:45 pm.
