With pressure from the service line and a few aces we were able to put Byron center out of system more than they were expecting! Our front row really stepped up getting some touches on the block as well as some stuffs! It was awesome to see our front and back line work together as far as defense, now just need to connect offensively and we will be right there!

3 set win over Ionia HS! Senior Kaydie Weber really making connections early in the season with her hitters! Helping to lead freshman Haylee Kubec and sophomore Lauren Russell to have double digits on the stat sheet for kills! Loved seeing all of the pieces come together tonight from offense to defense, senior Burgundy Coleman stepping up on coverage for our hitters and giving us continuous chances to put the ball away! They all worked together tonight and it was a fun game to watch and be a part of!

GHS Varsity Volleyball starts the season with 3 wins at Lakeview against Central Montcalm, Lakeview, and Montabella! It is so nice to see the girls come together and truly work as a team and have each other backs!
